The judge in charge of the Sea Bright Borough Municipal Court is the Honorable Thomas F.X. Foley.  The Certified Municipal Court Administrator is Carol Smith. The Deputy Court Administrators are Patti Aurilio and Stephanie Seyr. The Sea Bright Municipal Court Prosecutor is presently John Lane, Esq.

Monday to Friday, the Sea Bright Borough Municipal Court’s office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the exception of Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Sea Bright Municipal Court sessions are held at the Shrewsbury Borough Municipal Court at the address above, beginning at 8:00 a.m.  The Sea Bright Court’s mailing address is P.O.
